Customer Support Executive

Summary

As a Customer Support Intern, you will assist the customer support team in providing exceptional service to our customers. This entry-level position is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in a customer-centric environment. You will gain insight into the workings of a customer support team and contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Customer account management including customer records, contact details, interactions, and issue resolutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Collect customer feedback regarding their experience, suggestions, or complaints. 
  • Prepare reports, summaries, or documentation on customer support activities, including common inquiries, trends, and feedback.
  • Work closely with other members of the customer support team.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, communications, or a related field (or recently graduated).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging customer situations.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with customer support software or tools.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Description

 
WORKING DAYS
  • Weekly: 5 days.
  • Weekend: Friday and Saturday.
WORKING HOURS
  • 10 AM – 6 PM

Salary Range: Negotiable
